Jen Holman Zaborney has become one of the leading fundraisers in the Commonwealth of PA with 12 plus years of experience in the field. She is the founder of Maverick Finance.

In 2010, PoliticsPA named her one of Top 30 under 30 in Pennsylvania politics. In November 2014, Ray and Jen Zaborney were featured in Central Penn Business Journal’s Power Couples edition.

Jen began her fundraising career serving as Deputy Finance Director for Tom Corbett’s successful 2004 campaign for Attorney General. She went on to serve as Finance Director and Executive Director for the Senate Republican Campaign Committee, where she helped the committee raise millions of dollars and protect their majority. While Jen was Executive Director, the PA Senate Republicans held the only majority Republican Caucus in the Northeastern United States. In 2010, Jen served as Deputy Finance Director for Tom Corbett’s successful campaign for Governor which raised nearly $30 million. Governor-Elect Corbett named her the Co-Director of the 2011 Inaugural Committee, and in that role she managed the plan and execution of all of Pennsylvania’s 2011 Inaugural Activities.

Jen has advised candidates on the federal, state, and local levels, as well as non-profits on reaching their political and financial goals. She has counted among her clients Speaker Paul Ryan, Speaker John Boehner, House Transportation Chairman Congressman Bill Shuster, PA Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman, PA House Majority Leader Dave Reed, Senator Scott Wagner, Team Pennsylvania Foundation, GOPAC, Wildlife for Everyone Endowment Foundation, Congressman Pat Meehan, and many others.

Jen also serves as a member of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, and is on the board of the Susquehanna Arts Museum, and TheBurg, Greater Harrisburg’s Community Magazine.

Jen lives in New Cumberland with her husband, Ray, and their daughters, Grace and Emma.



Hannah started as an intern with the Mavericks while attending Lebanon Valley College where she earned a B.A. in Politics with a Law & Society Minor. Due to her hard work as an intern, after graduation she was offered a position to join the Maverick Finance Team.

Prior to joining the Mavericks Hannah interned with the Republican Party of Pennsylvania and the World Affairs Council of Harrisburg.



Before joining Maverick Finance, Liz worked for the West Shore Chamber of Commerce as the Communications Coordinator. She managed all forms of all member communication, as well as, media and legislative inquires and other outside communication requests. She was able to refine her communication, networking and promotion skills.

Liz is a graduate of Messiah College, with a B.A. in Communications. While in college she was an active fundraiser for various school committees while interning with the Messiah College Development Office.

Liz has a passion for politics, but also has a passion for sports, which led to her internships at both the Major League Baseball Network in New Jersey and The Mets in New York.

She resides in Dillsburg, PA.
